Data stored on your device

Your “My trip” list, checklist progress and region selection are stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Click records

When you click a platform button, we record the page, position, platform, time and device type (mobile or desktop) to understand which content is helpful. This record contains no IP address or other information that could identify you.

Reports, submissions and contact form

Coupon reports, hotel reviews and contact messages you submit are stored on our servers and published only after review (contact messages are never published). The email field on the contact form is optional and used only to reply to you. To prevent abuse, the system temporarily records hourly submission counts (as an irreversible hash, deleted automatically after one hour).

Platform websites

Once you click through to platforms such as Klook, KKday, Agoda or Trip.com, that platform's own privacy policy applies.
